Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within your processing window, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at orders@nightsongstore.com.
Damaged In Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced if and when it becomes available.
